Reports
After a campaign sends, its Report shows how recipients engaged. The Dashboard aggregates performance across campaigns over time.
Key metrics
Section titled “Key metrics”| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | How many contacts the campaign was delivered to |
| Opens | Recipients who opened the email (tracked via a pixel) |
| Clicks | Recipients who clicked a tracked link |
| Unsubscribes | Recipients who opted out from this campaign |
| Bounces | Addresses that could not be delivered to |
| Complaints | Recipients who marked the mail as spam |
Bounced and complained contacts are automatically suppressed from future sends. See Contact Status.
Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”- Open rate and click rate are the clearest signals of subject-line and content quality.
- A rising bounce rate points to list-hygiene problems. Clean stale addresses to protect deliverability. See Sending and Deliverability.
- Unsubscribes are normal. A sudden spike suggests a targeting or frequency problem.
- Complaints should be very rare. Any climb here is a warning to slow down and review relevance.
Acting on a report
Section titled “Acting on a report”- Low opens: test a different subject line, or resend to non-openers with a new subject (Pro).
- Good opens, low clicks: your content or call to action needs work.
- High unsubscribes: reduce frequency or tighten your targeting.
Advanced reports (Pro)
Section titled “Advanced reports (Pro)”The Free Dashboard covers headline metrics. Pro adds an Advanced Reports page with deeper per-link and per-segment breakdowns, and Pro also unlocks CSV export of report data.
