Licensing
PrimoCRM Pro unlocks premium features once a valid license is active. Licensing is capability-based: your plan grants a set of capabilities, and the plugin enables exactly those. There is no reinstall when you upgrade.
Activating
Section titled “Activating”- Install and activate PrimoCRM Pro.
- Go to Settings then License.
- Enter your key and click Activate.
Your capabilities apply immediately. Features not in your plan show a lock icon, so you always know what an upgrade would add.

Pro also removes the Free plan count limits on automations, forms, sequences, and templates.
Managing your license
Section titled “Managing your license”The License screen shows your plan status and expiry. If your license lapses, Pro features gracefully lock again and your core CRM keeps working. Your data is never affected.
Locked placeholders
Section titled “Locked placeholders”Every Pro feature has a visible locked placeholder in the Free experience, so you can always see what exists and what an upgrade unlocks. Locked items show a lock icon rather than being hidden.
