Licensing
PrimoCRM Pro unlocks premium features once a valid license is active. Licensing is capability-based: your plan grants a set of capabilities, and the plugin enables exactly those. There is no reinstall when you upgrade.
Activating
Section titled “Activating”- Install and activate PrimoCRM Pro.
- Go to Settings then License.
- Enter your key and click Activate.
Your capabilities apply immediately. A Pro feature outside your plan is shown with a lock, so you always know what a higher plan would add. (That is a Pro behaviour: the free plugin has nothing locked in it.)
Every plan is a one-time payment for lifetime use: there are no renewals. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.

Managing your license
Section titled “Managing your license”The License screen shows your plan and its status. If a license is deactivated, the Pro features step back out of the app and your core CRM keeps working exactly as before. Your data is never affected: automations that used a Pro action are paused rather than deleted, and they resume on their own when the license is active again.
What Free looks like without Pro
Section titled “What Free looks like without Pro”Nothing in the Free plugin is present but switched off. It has no license check, no counters and no locked screens, so what you install is what you can use. The Pro features are not hidden behind anything in Free; they simply are not there until you install the add-on.
The one exception is an automation that needs a plugin you do not have, such as a WooCommerce trigger on a site without WooCommerce. Those are listed as unavailable, naming what they need, so a catalog does not silently change shape between two sites.
