Redeeming an AppSumo Code
If you bought PrimoCRM on AppSumo, your purchase comes as one or more codes that
look like PCRM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Redeeming them gives you a lifetime PrimoCRM Pro
license key.
Redeem your code
Section titled “Redeem your code”- Copy your code from your AppSumo account. Bought more than one? Copy them all.
- Open primocrm.com/redeem.
- Paste your code or codes, enter your email, and click Redeem.
- Your license key appears on screen and is emailed to you.
Use an email you will keep: your codes and your license are tied to it, and it is how you sign in to your account later.
Install and activate
Section titled “Install and activate”- Install the free PrimoCRM plugin from WordPress.org. See Installation.
- Sign in at account.primocrm.com with the same email you redeemed with, and download the PrimoCRM Pro add-on.
- Upload and activate the add-on in WordPress.
- Go to PrimoCRM then Settings then License, paste your key, and click Activate.
The account site signs you in with a link sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
Stacking codes
Section titled “Stacking codes”Each code you redeem on the same email moves your license up one tier:

You can redeem extra codes at any time. Enter them on the redeem page with the same email: your existing key is upgraded in place, so there is nothing to reinstall or reactivate. What each plan includes is listed in Licensing.
If a code is rejected
Section titled “If a code is rejected”The redeem page tells you why, code by code:

| Not a valid code | Check for a typo, or copy the code again from AppSumo |
| Already redeemed by another account | The code was used with a different email. Redeem with the email you used the first time |
| Can no longer be redeemed | The purchase was refunded |
If you enter several codes and only some are rejected, the others are still redeemed.
Lost your key, or moving a site?
Section titled “Lost your key, or moving a site?”Sign in at account.primocrm.com with your redemption email to see your key and download the add-on again. If you retire a site or move it to a new domain, free its seat there so the key can be activated on the new one. For anything else, email support@primocrm.com.
