Introduction
PrimoCRM is a customer-relationship and email-marketing plugin that runs entirely inside your WordPress dashboard. You manage contacts, send campaigns, build automated sequences, capture leads with forms, and migrate your existing list without leaving WP-admin and without per-contact SaaS pricing.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Store and segment contacts with lists, tags, statuses, and unlimited custom fields. See Managing Contacts.
- Send campaigns to any segment, with open and click tracking. See Creating a Campaign.
- Automate follow-ups with drip Sequences and trigger-based Automations.
- Capture leads with drag-and-drop Forms.
- Import your audience from a CSV or another CRM with the migration engine.
How Free and Pro fit together
Section titled “How Free and Pro fit together”PrimoCRM ships as two separate plugins:
- PrimoCRM (Free) is the full CRM. Contacts, lists, tags, campaigns, sequences, automations, forms, reporting, and CSV or FluentCRM migration all work with the Free plugin alone. It never phones home and needs no license.
- PrimoCRM Pro is an add-on that unlocks premium capabilities once a license is active. Examples include advanced automation triggers and actions, ESP integrations, AI actions, resend-to-non-openers, A/B testing, advanced reports, and white-label.
You install Free first. Pro is optional and layers on top. When Pro is present and licensed, locked features light up automatically with no reinstall. See Installation and Activation and Licensing.
Free plan limits
Section titled “Free plan limits”The Free plugin is generous but caps a few resource counts. Everything unlocks to unlimited on Pro.
| Resource | Free limit |
|---|---|
| Automations | 10 |
| Forms | 10 |
| Sequences | 5 |
| Email templates | 20 |
Contacts, lists, tags, and campaigns are not capped on Free.
